You can see all of our sessions and schedule for the month at Processbasketball.com and click book now. It will have you create an account and once you do that our group sessions are under classes and our individuals are under appointments.
We also have an app called Process Basketball Training. Our app is available on both iOS and Android devices. It is super user-friendly and makes booking sessions easy and convenient
We offer group skill training, individual skill training, shooting workshops, ball-handling workshops, athleticism training ,and online training.
All of the packages are autopay so if you start a package 10/15 you will have until 11/15 to use the session and then your account will be drafted again and your sessions will be reloaded to your account. You can cancel the autopay in person, email or by phone anytime with a 2 week notice before the next billing cycle.
We'll teach you everything you need to be successful on the court: shooting, ball-handling, IQ, passing, finishing, and much more. Group training offers a unique setting for a player because it builds competitiveness, leadership, and communication. All of these skills are essential to being a great basketball player and teammate. It is limited to 10 players max due to COVID.
1on1 training that is tailored specifically for the player’s needs. We create a detailed plan focusing on building current strengths and applicable weaknesses. It is extremely beneficial for technical correction.
We offer $20 workshops which are classes that focus specifically on either shooting or ball-handling. These workshops are a great addition to regular training because it allows players to devote time entirely to that specific skill.
Workouts that are strategically designed by progressions and phases to help the athlete develop a mastery of their own body: flexibility and mobility, corrective exercises for pain, balance and core, and sport-specific weight training. Every 5th week the athlete will take completely off to rest.
We offer personal training (Online Academy) which includes includes 24/6 personal access to Akii Dean. In addition, it has over 250+ drills, film breakdowns, concepts, and detailed full workouts at your disposal. Also, we offer other online programs that are designed to help you improve your game: Monthly Ball-Handling Program, Knockdown Shooter Program, and 30 Day Ball-Handling Program.
